Jet Pulse
Jet pulse filter systems are widely used in sectors such as precious metal recovery, cement, metallurgy, machinery, and chemistry, with their high-effective and long-lasting use. Jet pulse systems have an opportunity to recover more material from the output and convert the harmful gases to ideal emission levels. Proses Makina’s Jp filter system is used for filtering the harmful gases from the furnace before they are released into the atmosphere and to minimize the damage to nature. Another purpose is to enable the recovery of lead and tin with some adjustments.
The working principle is, that dusty air enters the jet pulse silo from the inlet. As the speed slows down, large particles in the air would fall into the silo due to gravity. But some particles remain on the surface of the filter bags. The purified air continues to the upper part and is released into the atmosphere by a fan. For the part remaining on the filter, the air is blown back and small particles are also dropped to the ground. And most harmful participle is located in the system.
